The full ingredient list is on every product page. The base is shea, cocoa, sweet almond, jojoba, corn starch, vitamin E and sunflower — only the fragrance changes between the five scents. It contains sweet almond, so it is not suitable if you have a tree nut allergy. If your skin is sensitive or reactive, patch-test on a small area first.

It depends how much you apply and how often. With a small amount on the chest, neck and shoulders most days, a jar tends to last around a month.
